Hangzhou, China, October 2026 — Jiufo Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of industrial shredders and custom stainless steel sheet metal components since 2009, today announced the expansion of its stainless steel fabrication service line. The workshop now handles laser cutting, CNC bending, TIG and MIG welding, machining and surface finishing for 304 and 316L parts under one roof, serving machinery builders, recycling equipment brands and industrial OEMs in Europe, North America, Japan and the UK.

Stainless steel remains the default choice where corrosion resistance, hygiene and long service life matter more than raw material cost. Municipal recycling plants, food processing lines, water treatment systems and marine equipment all rely on 304 or 316L housings, guards, frames and tanks that must survive years of moisture, salt and chemical exposure. At the same time, buyers are pushing for shorter runs and more customisation, which makes an agile fabrication partner more valuable than a large but inflexible plant.
"Our customers no longer order a single standard cabinet for the whole year," said Jerry Zhang, sales manager at Jiufo. "They order forty different drawings in a year, each with its own bend radii, weld finish and coating requirement. The workshop has to be organised around drawings, not around stock."
| Item | Range |
|---|---|
| Stainless grades | 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 201, 430 |
| Sheet thickness | 0.5 - 6.0mm stainless, 0.8 - 10mm carbon steel and aluminium |
| Maximum sheet size | 2500 x 6000mm |
| Cutting tolerance | +/-0.1mm |
| Bending length | Up to 3200mm |
| Prototype lead time | 7 - 10 working days from drawing approval |
| Batch lead time | 15 - 25 working days |
| Quotation response | Within 12 working hours |
Every project starts with a drawing review. The engineering team checks bend relief, weld access, tolerance stack-up and material utilisation, then returns a quotation with design-for-manufacturing notes within 12 working hours. Cutting layouts are nested to reduce scrap, and a first article is inspected and photographed before mass production begins. In-process checks follow each operation, and every batch ships with a dimensional report.
The company also reverse engineers physical samples when a customer has no drawing, a service that has proven useful for older European machinery where original drawings no longer exist.
Jiufo has supplied stainless steel fabrication work to the domestic market since 2013, began OEM production for Japanese machinery brands through trading partners in 2014, and started direct OEM supply to UK customers in 2022. Some of these relationships now run beyond ten years. Parts ship in pearl wool, bubble film and plywood cases engineered for 40 HC container loads, a packing standard developed from years of export handling.
Typical projects include shredder housings and hoppers, machine guards, electrical control cabinets, stainless work tables, food processing frames, water treatment tanks, filter housings and architectural cladding. Because the same workshop produces both shredder equipment and contract fabrication, customers benefit from shared tooling, stable material purchasing and one quality system across the whole build.
Send a STEP, STP, IGS, DWG, DXF or PDF drawing together with material grade, thickness, surface finish and annual quantity. The engineering team replies with a costed quotation and manufacturing notes within 12 working hours. Small runs starting from one prototype piece are welcome, and volume pricing applies from 100 pieces. Contact the team to discuss your next stainless steel sheet metal project.
